DND Training & Consultancy Ltd helps schools build confident, practical, neurodivergent‑inclusive practice that fits the realities of today’s education system. Led by Kelly Lopez Reeve a registered social worker, certified NHS autism trainer with experience of mental health within the neurodivergent community. Our training is grounded in deep understanding of rising need, constrained Local Authority capacity and mounting pressures on staff and systems. We work alongside your school to boost staff confidence, reduce exclusionary behaviour, improve attendance and strengthen family relationships through sustainable, easily implemented strategies that fit existing routines and resources. Autism is a difference, not a deficit our approach transforms that principle into everyday practice.

DND Training & Consultancy Ltd provides practical, neuro-inclusive training and consultancy for schools working under increasing pressure.
Our work supports schools at any stage of their inclusion journey from responding to individual behaviours, to embedding consistent, whole-school neuro-inclusive practice where every child feels they belong.
All training is aligned with the current Ofsted framework, supporting schools to evidence inclusive culture, effective SEND practice, and positive impact on behaviour, attendance, and engagement.
We understand the realities of education today, including rising need, limited Local Authority capacity, and stretched staff and systems. Our approach is evidence informed, realistic, and designed to support long term, sustainable improvement.
